The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a spectacular view of the river and extremely helpful service. Its central location near the riverwalk and town makes it convenient for exploring, but some minor cleanliness issues were noted on the sheets and kitchen furniture. The dining experience is good but would benefit from more variety. Overall, a pleasant stay with great value for money.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Rockhampton, near modern eateries by the river. The rooms had a slight cigarette smell and were on the smaller side; however, there was a strong chemical odor from the bed sheets. The service was excellent with a clean, modern room and accommodating staff. The location was superb, allowing easy access to eateries, shopping, and scenic river walks. The dining experience was good but could have been improved. Overall, it's a mixed bag with some drawbacks but a great central location.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were lovely when we walked in, nice and clean, but overlooked the back car park and other buildings. The service was incredibly friendly and willing to help with any issues we had. The location was great, an easy walk to eateries, shopping center, and Quay Street. The dining experience was amazing, with one of the most delicious food options. The hotel facilities were top-notch.
